SUmmER's HeRe!
This is my little fish. She loves to swim and be under the water! Crazy little girl.
I think it's safe to say that summer is finally here! At the end of May we bought us a big 12' x 30" pool. Since Mom has to pretty much stay on her behind for the summer and we couldn't get Lagoon season passes because of bed rest this was the next best thing. Well as all of you know the weather has been TERRIBLE. But it is finally warm enough to swim and the water is just right. Best of all...It's big enough for Mommy's big....uh belly? to get in:)
Kaden loves to get cold and then lay on the warm cement. Oh the memories that brings back of me as a child doing the same thing!

Happy Fathers Day Daddy!
We love our Daddy! On Fathers Day we went to Gpa Mike's and Gma Kellie's. Gpa made delicious dutch oven pot roast with potatoes and carrots. It was wonderful. We visited with Gpa Chips and Gpa Gene. We are so grateful that we have them in our lives.

Under the bed??
So you know the kids that are afraid there are monsters under their beds? Zach apparently has no issues with this. On Sunday May 11th we put Zach in bed just like any other night. And just like any other night I went in to check if he is tucked in as snug as a bug in a rug. The light was on and the sheets were empty...where is Zach. Of course Mom freaks out but calm Dad comes in. Check under the bed he says..low and behold there he is, snuggled up with his nigh-night!!! Laughing hysterically we take some snapshots and tuck him in. Here are a few of our pictures....Enjoy:)

Sweet Isabel
This is my sweet little Isabel. She is so sad because school is ending soon. She loves to go to school. She likes her friends and loves her therapists. She is going to miss them so much...and I'm going to miss the routine. Summers at our house are extremely hard because we don't have a perfect schedule like Isabel wants. If anyone has ideas for us they would be greatly appreciated. I also wanted to update you on school for Isabel next year. Marcus and I attended her yearly IEP(Individualized Education Plan)on March 17. We meet with all the dedicated teachers who have been helping Isabel at school. We also meet with the school principal. As we discussed her and the accomplishments she has been making we mentioned to the team that we were going to keep her home next year and send her to a private preschool instead of kindergarten. We also talked about our frustrations with losing her therapy and the fear we had of her regressing. Marcus and I know that she is not ready for kindergarten. She struggles academically and behaviorally. We feel waiting one more year would give her an advantage. The wonderful team told us that if Isabel didn't pass kindergarten that she would be able to repeat it or the other option would be to send her to 1st grade the first half of the day and kindergarten the second half. We felt so relieved knowing that. Isabel is registered to start kindergarten in the fall at West Bountiful Elementary. We are so grateful for the public school system and the dedicated team that Isabel has worked with over the past school year. They truly want her to succeed.

The Final Flight
The Final Flight
Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free,I'm following the path God laid for me.I took his hand when I heard his call,I turned my back and left it all.
I could not stay another day,To laugh, to love, to work, to play.Tasks left undone must stay that way,I've found that peace at the end of the day.
If my parting has left a void,Then fill it with remembered joy.A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss,Ah, yes, these things too I will miss.
Be not burdened with times of sorrow,I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow. My Life's been full, I savored much,Good friends, good times, a loved one's touch.
Perhaps my time seemed all too brief,Don't lengthen it now with undue grief.Lift up your heart and share with me,God wanted me now, He set me free.

The Johnson's in a nutshell
Well friends and family I just learned what a blog was so I thought I'd give it a shot.
We just got home from a very exciting weekend in Lava Hot Springs, ID with Marcus' family. It was a good thing we went because the day before we left our fridge went belly up. We lost almost all of our food....crap!!! We were under the assumption that it was the compressor which is covered under the warranty. But with our luck it ended up being something we had to pay for....lovely. So $175.00 later we have a fridge again! You never know how much you depend on something until it is gone.
We also have some exciting news...we are expecting another baby and you'll never guess when it's due. AUGUST!! Are you kidding me? I go for another appt tomorrow so I'll get some pictures posted after.
Kaden is in school and loving every minute. His favorite subject is...yep you guessed it Recess. I thought he'd be a little older before that one hit. He is also very good at math and has a good eye for arts and crafts. He is getting all high grades and we are only a little proud:)
Isabel is also in school. And as many of you may know was diagnosed with a very mild form of Autism earlier this year. She is doing so well it is hard to tell there is anything different with her. She loves her teachers and they love her smile. She will be attending another Preschool next year instead of starting Kindergarten. We feel that this is the best for her considering the requirements for Kindergarten. She needs all the advantage we can give her.
Zach is the crazy one of the bunch. He is constanly getting into things and making a huge mess for me to clean up. It has been so nice for me to have only him three days a week for 2 hours. Kaden and Isabel both attend school in the afternoon. Zachs nicknames are Monkey and Ranch Boy. He uses his big toes to grab things and will eat anything as long as it is smothered in ranch. He is definetly Marcus' son!

As for Marcus he is loving his job. Everyday is a challenge. Always something to learn. He is making sales and establishing accounts. He has been so much happier not working for Willey Ford. The job is still high stress and commission but his boss is so much nicer. She is willing to teach him the secrets to being a good salesmen.
Well people there is our lives in a nutshell. I hope you have enjoyed it. Check back often. Love ya to the sky!
